2. Order Cancellation Policy
2.1 Before Production Begins
Orders may be cancelled without penalty if the cancellation request is received before production has commenced. To qualify for a full refund:
- Written cancellation notice must be submitted via email to contact@spadtechnologies.shop
- Cancellation must be requested within 24 hours of order placement for standard orders
- For custom design orders, cancellation must be requested before design work begins
2.2 After Production Begins
Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled. However, in exceptional circumstances, we may consider partial refunds after deducting:
- Costs incurred for materials and components
- Labor costs for work completed
- Design and engineering costs
- Administrative fees (up to 10% of order value)
2.3 Custom Orders
Custom chipset designs and specialized orders are non-cancellable once design specifications have been approved and production has been scheduled.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
- Defective Products: Products that fail to meet agreed-upon specifications due to manufacturing defects
- Wrong Products Delivered: If the delivered product differs from what was ordered
- Non-Delivery: If products are not delivered within 30 days of the agreed delivery date (excluding delays caused by force majeure)
- Order Cancellation: As per the cancellation policy outlined above
3.2 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after production has begun
- Damage caused by improper handling, storage, or use after delivery
- Products that have been modified, altered, or integrated into other systems
- Failure to meet customer's application requirements due to incorrect specifications provided by the customer
- Normal wear and tear beyond the warranty period
3.3 Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our customer service team at contact@spadtechnologies.shop within 7 days of receiving the product
- Provide your order number, invoice details, and reason for the refund request
- Submit supporting documentation (photos, test results, etc.) if claiming defective products
- Return the products in their original packaging (if applicable)
3.4 Refund Timeline
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
- Bank processing times may vary (typically 5-10 business days)
4. Return Policy
4.1 Product Returns
Products may be returned only if they are defective or do not meet specifications. To return products:
- Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Products must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact
- A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained before shipping
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or was shipped in error
4.2 Inspection Process
All returned products will be inspected upon receipt. If the product is found to be:
- Defective/Non-conforming: Full refund or replacement provided
- Damaged by customer: No refund provided
- Used or Altered: No refund provided
5. Warranty Claims
Products covered under warranty are subject to repair or replacement rather than refund. Please refer to the warranty documentation provided with your product for specific terms and conditions.
6. Force Majeure
SPAD Technologies shall not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, strikes, government actions, or pandemics. In such cases, refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
7. Disputes
In case of any disputes regarding refunds or cancellations, customers are encouraged to contact our customer service team first. We are committed to resolving all issues amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction specified in our Terms and Conditions.
8. Modifications to This Policy
SPAD Technologies reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
